We can probably all agree that spending any time outside helps with your general feeling of well-being. There's nothing more rejuvenating that unplugging from social media and technology and spending time outdoors.

In fact, there's been many studies that back this up and confirm that spending any time outside interacting with nature has real, measurable benefits. These include increasing your attention span and creative problem-solving skills.

What better excuse then do you need to take off with your bike, or dust off the hiking and camping gear? It doesn't matter if its only a day or two, or a week or more. This is good for the soul.
